Uncategorized Venezuela School Visits by Carl|Published February 2, 2015 With ECA middle school students Around 400 teachers came to the VANAS Conference at ECA. Carl was invited to be the keynote speaker for the conference. Martin & Susan, left, shared their home with us for several days during our visit to Caracas. One Sunday a month a major road is closed off to allow people to walk, ride bikes or skateboard on the road. It’s a popular day! After hiking up El Aliva (mountains above Caracas), a traditional treat is a coconut drink called “Cocada”. Greg (right), superintendent of ECA (Escuela Campo Alegre), invited us to Venezuela. Was wonderful meeting these ECA administrators! Students hear Carl’s presentation at Colegio Internacional de Carabobo
